摘要
为探讨急性高空缺氧时心血管系统的变化规律,应用CF-Ⅱ型心血管功能检诊仪对8名男性青年进行低压舱5000m心功能观察。结果发现:脉率、心输出量、心脏指数、心肌耗氧量均在5000m高度上前10min呈增加趋势,10min时达最高。冠脉缺血阈值与上述指标相反,10min时为最低。研究还发现,反映急性缺氧变化敏感的指标依次是脉率、心肌耗氧量与冠脉缺血阈值,以及心输出量与心脏指数.
CF-Ⅱcardiovascular function examination and diagnosis machine was used to observe the cardiac function of 8 healthy young male subjects in an altitude chamber at 5 000 m. The purpose is to observe the regularity of cardiovascular system changes during acute al-titude hypoxia and to find the application value of this instrument in the study of medical monitoring and support. The results indicated that pulse rate, cardiac output,cardiac index and myocardial oxygen consumption increased in the first 10 min and reached maximum at the 10th minute at 5000 m altitude.The coronary ischemia threshold reached minimum at the 10th minute.The indices that reflecting acute hypoxia were ranked as follows:pulse rate,myocardial oxygen consumption, coronary ischemia threshold, cardiac output and car-diac index.
