悬吊对大鼠血管内皮细胞影响的观察 被引量:2

摘要 为了观察模拟失重对血管内皮细胞(VEC)的影响,对尾悬吊2ld大鼠的循环内皮细胞(CEC)进行了检测。CEC用免疫荧光方法鉴定。实验中发现悬吊组CEC数量(4.58±0.54个/0(9μl)明显高于对照组(2.80±0.89个/0.9μl)(P<0.001),并且悬吊组有较多年轻细胞的脱落。提示模拟失重对血管内皮细胞有一定的损伤作用. In order to study the effects of simulated weightlessness on vascular endothelial cells(VEC).the numbers of circulating endothelial cells(CEC) were counted in rats after 21 d tail suspension. CECs were identified with fluoescein-labeled anti-human antibody to factor VIII related antigen.The results showed that numbers of CECs in tail-suspended rats were increased significantly as compared with thase in the control rats(P< 0.001).It suggested that stimulated weighlessness might be harmful to VEC.
