建筑工程施工质量验收规范中的水泥用量抽检和桩基混凝土试件留置的规定对某些地区的工程不适用,或者浪费较大,提出修改建议。

The amount of sampling cement and sample lien of pile concrete that stipulated in the Code for construction quality acceptance of building engineering are not suitable to some engineering in some area or make a big waste. Suggestion of amendment is proposed.
