摘要
介绍了石灰炉二氧化碳气体原净化系统的运行状况及存在的弊端,针对气体温度、粉尘性质等工艺条件提出了先收尘、后降温的改造方案。对袋式收尘器的结构、清灰方式及滤料的选择进行了着重阐述。选用了净化效率高的低压脉冲袋式收尘器代替原有的湿式电收尘器,并从净化效率、运行费用、二氧化碳气体的纯度等几个方面阐述了袋式收尘器的优越性。
The status and disadvantage of the exiting CO2 cleaning system are introduced. According to the air temperature and dust feature, a reforming solution which is first collecting dust and then decreasing temperature is brought forward. The bag filter's structure, purge mode, and the selection of the filtrating material are expatiated. The bag filter's advantages are discussed from cleaning efficiency, running cost, and the cleanliness of CO2 by selecting low pressure pulse bag filter instead of damp electric precipitator.
