摘要 喷雾锥角和喷雾均匀度是燃油喷嘴的两个重要指标。传统的燃油喷嘴质量检验方法采用目测的方法进行,精度不高,重复性差,严重地影响了产品质量。本文介绍了一种利用图像处理技术对燃油喷嘴质量进行检测的方法。检验结果表明,该方法准确性高,重复性佳,能很好地保证燃油喷嘴的质量,值得在工程中大力推广使用。 Atomization angle and uniformity are two key parameters of fuel spray nozzle. The traditional test method of them is estimation, which is low precision and bad repetitiveness. The quality control of fuel spray nozzle is impacted seriously. In the paper, a new method which is image processing technology is introduced to control the fuel nozzle quality. Proved by field tests, this method has high precision and good repetitiveness, and can guarantee the quality of fuel spray nozzle greatly. Conclusively, the method is worth of using widely in a more cost-effective manner in fuel nozzle quality control.
