摘要
农村劳动力转移推动我国产业结构调整,而产业结构调整反过来又拉动农村劳动力转移。通过双方互动效应分析,并结合当前实际,本文指出东部地区的劳动密集型产业应向中西部转移,以实现东部地区的产业结构升级和西部农村劳动力转移。并通过提高劳动者素质和待遇的途径为产业结构调整提供稳定的劳动力。
Transfer of labor force in natal areas impulses the adjustment in industrial strueture, and the adjustment in industrial structure draws transfer of labor force in return. By the analysis between the two and combining the current situation, this article brings forward that the east area must trausfer the labor dense industry to the middle and west area, upgrade the industry and offer stabilize labor force by improving the quality of labor.
