摘要
本文介绍用三种不同成分的硫酸渣,通过物理、化学和低温氧化处理,制成性能优良的永磁铁氧体。同性钡铁氧体的磁性能达到国标Y10T水平。本文着重研究用硫酸渣制备永磁铁氧体的工艺规范。
The excellent hard ferrite is prepared by the three kinds of the Dregs of sulfuric acid through physical and chemical treatment as well as oxidizing treatment in lower temperature. The magnetic properfies of isotropic Ba-ferrite is up to standard of of Y10T. In this papar, the Technological Standardiztion prepared hard ferrite with the Dregs of sulfuric acid is emphasized.
