摘要
采用中心复合实验设计法研究了吸水树脂、补强剂对(丁二烯/丙烯腈)共聚物体积膨胀率、硬度、拉伸强度和扯断伸长率的影响规律,并得出回归方程。结果表明,随着吸水树脂用量的增加,吸水膨胀高分子材料的体积膨胀率升高,而硬度、拉伸强度和扯断伸长率降低;高耐磨炭黑对吸水膨胀高分子材料具有补强作用。
The regulations that water-absorbed resin and reinforced filler affected volume expansibility, rigidity, tensile strength and tensile elongation of water-swelling polymer material were studied by using central composite design method. The results showed that the volume expansibility increased, while the rigidity, tensile strength and tensile elongation decreased when the content of water-absorbed resin increased. The result also showed that the effect of high abrasion furnace black reinforcing water-swelling polymer material was very notable.
