摘要
分析盐场结晶池埝固化板的质量要求,介绍聚氯乙烯(PVC)固化板的原料选择及成型工艺,比较了PVC固化板与草包、红砖在盐场结晶池埝中的应用情况。结果表明,PVC固化板减少了卤水渗透,提高了盐质,使用寿命在10 a以上,完全适用于盐场结晶池埝固化。
The quality requiremnet of curing panel on crystallizing pond bank in salt field was analysed. The choice of the material and molding technics of PVC curing panel was introduced, and PVC curing panel was compared with straw bag and red bricks in the application on crystallizing pond bank in salt field. The results indicated that the quantity of brine infiltrate was decreased and the quality of salt was increased by using PVC curing panel. The lifetime of the curing panel exceeded 10 years. It was acceptable for the curing of crystallizing pond bank in salt field.
