介绍了香兰素的两类生产工艺:化学合成法和生物法,并对化学合成法中的乙醛酸法做了详细的介绍,并对香兰素的技术进展进行了简要分析。
Two kinds of synthesis methods, chemical method and biological method, were introduced. The chemical synthesis method with glyoxalic acid was introduced in detail. The technology progress of vanillin was analyzed.
