摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法同时测定敌敌畏和马拉硫磷。该方法具有重现性好,共存组分互不干扰测定,分析速度快等优点,可以用于敌敌畏,马拉硫磷乳油中有效成分的测定。
A reversed-phase HPLC method for the determination of dechlorvos and malathion in the meantime was described. It had been used to determine the dichlorvos and malathion in emulsion concentrate with some advantages, such as the good reproducibility, no interfere of other components in sample and rapid determination.
