摘要 选用高中低温型分散染料,通过对PTT针织物染色性能的研究,得出染PTT针织物的合适染色工艺条件。测试了染色后织物的摩擦牢度、皂洗牢度、日晒牢度、升华牢度及汗渍牢度。结果表明,所选用的E型分散染料在100℃,SE型分散染料在110℃、S型分散染料在120℃,染浴pH=4~5的条件下,不加其他试剂染PTT针织物,有高的上染率和好的匀染性,染色牢度也很好。 In this paper, low and middle and high temperature disperse dyes are used. After researches the dying behavior of PTT knitted fabric, the suitable dyeing condition are obtained. Fastness to laundering, to sunlight, rub fastness, sublimate-fastness and sweat-fastness were evaluated after dying. We can concluded that PTT fabric dying with disperse dyes has rather high dye update and shapely, and colorfastness is wonderful. The dying temperature of E style dyes just need 100℃ and SE need 110℃, and S-style dyes need 120℃, adjust pH value of dying solution to 4- 5, no additive is ok.
