摘要
采用常压逆转工艺制备出了性能优良的阳离子微粒乳化中性分散松香胶,对制备过程中乳化温度、复合乳化剂的加入时间进行了探讨,实验结果表明,在综合考虑操作成本与乳化效果的前提下,乳化温度以140℃为宜,复合乳化剂的加入时间以20m in为宜。手抄纸抄制实验与施胶度测定结果表明,对于基于三级松香/松香甘油酯混合体系的阳离子微粒乳化中性分散松香胶而言,其施胶效果随硫酸铝用量的增加而提高,且所得胶料在硫酸铝用量为1.5%的实验条件下即具有良好的施胶效果。此外,初步实验结果表明,在相同的实验条件下,一级松香和三级松香所得胶料的施胶效果无明显差别。
Effects of emulsifying temperature and adding time of complex emulsifier into the liquid rosin system on emulsification efficiency, sizing performance of the third-grade rosin based cationic dispersed rosin size were investigated in this paper. According to the experimental results, the optimum emulsifying temperature and adding time in the preparation process of microparticle-emulsified cationic dispersed rosin size were 140℃and 20min, respectively. The sizing efficiency increased with increasing dosage of alum. , and microparticle - emulsified cationic dispersed rosin size was proved to be effective. Additionally, sizing efficiency was not observed to be sensitive to rosin category in this work.
