化合物ent-kaur-16-en-19-oicacid对小鼠S180瘤株抑制作用研究

目的:研究化合物ent-kaur-16-en-19-oic acid对小鼠S180瘤株的抑制作用。方法:称取定量的ent-kaur-16-en-19-oic acid,用食用植物油溶解后,加入等量吐温-80,充分搅拌后加入8倍量蒸馏水配制成所需浓度的溶液。将已接种S180瘤株的小鼠模型24h后随机分组,各组均连续给药8天,停药后1天将小鼠脱颈椎处死,剥取瘤称重。结果:ent-kaur-16-en-19-oic acid有明显抑制S180实体瘤的作用,高、中剂量组抑瘤率均在40%以上。结论:ent-kaur-16-en-19-oicacid有一定的抗肿瘤活性。

Objective ： To study the depressant effect on Mice＇s tumor stock S180 of chemical compound ent - kaur - 1 b - en - 19 - oie acid. Method ： After quantitative ent - kant 1 b - en - 19 - oic acid was dissolved by the edible vegetablle oil, equal quantity of tween - 80 was added in , and then it was agitated thoroughly and distilled water of eight times quantity was added in, so the solution with needed concentration was prepared, Mice were inoculated tumor stock S180, They were divided into groups randomly after 24 hour. Each group was administrated 8 days consecutively. After drug withdrawal with one day, mice were excuted by taking off the eerviael vertebras, and then the trumors were peeled and weighted. Result ： ent - kaur - 1 b - en - 19 - oic acid has obvious depressant effect on solid tumor S180. The depressed tumor rates of high - dose group and middle - dose group are both above 40%. Conclusion： ent - kaur - lb - en - 19 - oic acid has certain anti - tumor effect.
