火炮膛内气流流动与传热的数值模拟

摘要 推导并建立了火炮膛内非定常湍流边界层微分方程组,进行了核心流为准两相流、边界层为湍流的膛壁传热计算.与实验结果比较表明,所建立的模型能够较好地模拟火炮膛壁表面的传热问题,对于身管烧蚀与寿命的研究有重要意义. In this paper, the unsteady differential equation group of turbulent flow boundary layer was derived and established, and according to quasi-two-phase core flow and turbulent boundary layer flow the heat transfer in gun bore was computed. It was proved by comparing with experimental results that the model established in this paper can simulate the problem of the heat transfer in gun bore. It will have a great significance for the study on erosion and life of gun tube.
