固体铁系超强酸催化合成丙酸异戊酯的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用固体铁系超强酸代替无机酸作催化剂催化合成了丙酸异戊酯。最佳反应条件为:正丙酸:异戊醇的摩尔比为1:2.5,当反应物总量为0.56mol时,固体铁系超强酸的用量为2.0g,反应时间2.5 h,酯收率可达87.6%。 Isoamyl propionate was synthesized by using solid iron system super strong acid as catalyzer instead of inorganic acid in present research. It was shown the proper condition for synthesis as follows: the molar ratio of propionic acid and isoamol was 1:2.5 and solid iron system super strong acid was consumed 2.0 g when the total amount of all reactants was 0. 56 mol. It took 2.5 h for the reaction and the ratio of production was 87. 6%.
