Determination of Para Red in Hot Chilli Oil by GC/MS Using Solid Phase Extraction Sample Pretreatment

研究了固相萃取-气质联用测定辣椒油中对位红的分析方法。用Strata-X小柱进行辣椒油样品的前处理,用气质联用法对对位红进行定性和定量分析。对位红方法的检出限为2．0μg／L,平均回收率为93．8％,RSD为1．3～3．5％。

A new method was established for the determination of Para Red in hot chilli oil by gas chromatography- mass spectrum. Solid phase extraction （SPE） is carried out on a Strata- X column. Sample aqueous are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by GC/MS. The detection limit, recovery , and precision are 2. 0μg/L , 93.8 % , and 1.3- 3.5 % respectively.
