摘要
针对不同工业含铜废渣的成分特点,分别研究了焚烧氧化法和混酸浸取法两种回收工艺,阐明工艺原理,优化工艺流程,并进行了实际中试生产。结果证明,焚烧氧化法和混酸浸取法两种工艺,平均回收率分别为91.5%和94.6%,具有较高的实际效益,所制产品经GB437-80分析检测,质量达工业一级品标准。本工艺与大工业制取CuSO4·5H2O相比,具有设备简单,易于操作,本地资源可进行深度加工等特点。
Industrial copper- containing dregs severely pollute environment and the cost of treatment is expensive. Recycle processing can eliminate the pollution as well as produce bluestone(CuSO4· 5H2O). This paper applied burning method and mixed acid extraction method for dying industry and metallurgical industry respectively, clarified process principle, optimized technological process and carried out pilot- scale manufacture. The results showed that the recycle ratio of two methods is 91.5 % and 94.6 %, the proceedings had satisfactory benefits and the quality of product bluestone can meet the first - class criterion of national industrial product standard by GB437 - 80 detection. Compared with plant - scale, the processing was simpler and easier to be operated. It can also make the most use of location resources.
