摘要
以ZK60为基础合金,研究了不同钇添加量对其组织性能的影响。显微组织分析结果表明:钇有明显细化晶粒的作用,合金在热挤压过程中发生了动态再结晶。力学测试结果表明,经过热挤压和T5(人工时效)处理后,Y含量为0.9%的合金具有最优的综合力学性能,其抗拉强度和延伸率分别为:bσ=355.94 MPa,δ=15.86%。对该合金分别进行T6(固溶+时效)和T52种热处理后进行力学性能测试,结果表明:T5处理制度更适用于该合金。
Taking ZK60 alloy as a master alloy, a research was made on the influence of Y content on the microstructures and mechanical properties of the investigated alloys. The results of microstructure analysis show that Y has an obvious effect of refining crystal grains. During the course of extrusion, dynamic re-crystallization accompanied by phase transformation occurs in the alloys. Mter extrusion and aging treatment, the alloy with 0.9 % Y gets the best comprehensive mechanical properties with a tensile strength of 355.94 MPa and an elongation of 15.86%. The alloy was treated by two ways of T6 (solution treatment at 430℃ for 5 hrs + aging at 150 ℃ for 22 hrs) and T5(aging at 150 ℃ for 24 hrs) respectively. The mechanical test results show that T5 treatment is more suitable for the alloy.
