目的 确定注射用盐酸头孢吡肟中L-精氨酸的加入量。方法向适量盐酸头孢吡肟中加入L-精氨酸的量分别为：350、550、650、700、710、720、725、730、740、750、800、900mg，分别考察其pH值、颜色和澄清度。结果加入L-精氨酸的最佳范围为720-730mg。结论确定我厂注射用盐酸头孢吡肟中L-精氨酸的加入量为每1g头孢吡肟中加入L-精氨酸725mg。

Objective To confirm the quantity of L-Arginine added to Cefepime Dihydrochloride fer injection. Method Add respectively 350,550,650,700,710,720,25,730,740,750,800,900 mg L-Arginine to 1 g Cefepime Dihydrochloride for injection, and examine the pH.color and clarity. Result The prime range of quantity of L-Arginine added to 1 g Cefepime Dihydrochloride for injection is 720-730 mg. Conclusion Decide to add 725 mg L-Arginine to 1 g Cefepime Dihydrochloride for injection manufactured by our factory.
