摘要
通过理论解析和实验测定,研究不同类型和配入量的碳质材料的连铸保护渣对0.003%C超低碳钢连铸结晶器(200mm×100mm)内钢液增碳的影响。结果表明,铸坯速度2.0m/min在稳态浇注条件下,超低碳钢连铸结晶器内钢液增碳量仅为(1.2~2.4)×10^-6;在非稳态浇注时期,钢液最大增碳量达67.9×10^-6。保护渣的3种配加碳质材料中,石墨对结晶器内钢液增碳量影响最大,碳黑次之,活性碳最小。随着渣中碳质材料配入量的增加,钢液增碳量增大。
The effect of mold powder with different type and addition of carbon materials on carbon pick-up in 0.003%C ultra low carbon molten steel in 200 mm× 100 mm mold has been studied by theoretical calculation and experimental measurement. The results showed that with casting rate 2.0 m/min, on steady condition of continuous casting, the carbon pick-up content in steel was ( 1.2 ~2.4) × 10^-6, and on non-steady condition of continuous casting, the maximum carbon pick-up content in steel was 67.9 × 10^-6. In 3 hinds of addition carbon materials the carbon pick-up content in molten steel in mold added graphite was highest, added carbon black next and added active carbon lowest; and with increasing the amount of carbon materials addition in powder, the carbon pick-up content in steal increased.
