摘要
产品创新战略是企业在市场条件下,根据企业外部环境及可取得的资源,依靠企业的技术能力,为求得企业生存和长期稳定的发展,围绕新产品开发所进行的总体谋划.由于激烈的竞争环境和技术变革等因素,企业必须制定动态的战略以适应动态复杂的环境.在探讨产品创新战略的基础上,从动态的视角对其进行初步分析,并提出构建动态产品创新战略的建议.
The product innovation strategy is an overall design about new product development that, enterprises conduct under the condition of market, according to the exterior environment and obtainable resources, and depending on the technical ability of the enterprise, for enterprise existence and long-term stable development. Because intensive competition environment and techniques change, the enterprise must draw up dynamic strategy to adapt the environment. It makes first step analysis on the base of product innovation strategy with dynamic viewpoint, and puts forward some suggestions for setting up dynamic strategy of product innovation.
