摘要
目的比较前列康和舍尼通治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效。方法将慢性前列腺炎患者120例随机分为两组,各60例。治疗组给予前列康3片,tid,po;对照组给予舍尼通1片,b id,po,疗程均为30 d。观察患者的症状、前列腺情况及前列腺液的变化。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为86.67%,88.33%(P>0.05),但前列康价格较低廉。结论前列康是目前治疗慢性前列腺炎较为理想的药物。
Objective Compare the curative effect that the chronic prostatitis was cured to conprata pulean and cernilton. Methods Chronic prostatitis patients that the 120 examples outpatient services are made a definite diagnosis, randomly is divided into two groups, eures set 60 examples, with eonprata pulean 3 tablet, po, tid; 60 examples in the contrast group, cernilton with 1 tablet, po, bid; All serve as 30 days course of treatment. Observe the change of the symptom of patient and prostate liquid. Results Always there is the efficiency 86.67% in the eonprata pulean group, always there is the efficiency 88.33% in the cernilton group. There are no significent difference（P 〉 0.05） between two groups, but conprata puleanis cheaper than cernihon. Conclusion Conprata pulean is an ideal drug to cure chronic prostatitis at present.
