硫酸铝钾溶液膀胱冲洗治疗泌尿道急性大出血58例

Observation of the Acute Urinary Hemorrhage Treated with 1.0% Aluminium Potassium Sulfate Solution by Intravesical Irrigation

目的探讨硫酸铝钾溶液（简称：铝溶液）行膀胱冲洗用于控制泌尿道大出血的效果及操作方法。方法泌尿道大出血患者111例，分为治疗组58例，用1．0％硫酸铝钾溶液经导尿管冲洗膀胱，每次2000～3000mL，依患者情况分为持续冲洗法和保留冲洗法；对照组53例，以0．9％氯化钠溶液冲洗，比较两组冲洗前后的尿血红蛋白（Hb）含量变化。结果治疗组平均每例冲洗1．3d．显效77．6％（45／58），有效22．4％（13／58），总有效率100．0％；对照组平均每例冲洗3．2d，显效50．9％（27／53），有效22．6％（12／53），总有效率73．5％。治疗组止血效果和缩短止血时间均明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。保留冲洗比持续冲洗效果更好，但须注意操作方法。结论硫酸铝钾溶液膀胱冲洗用于控制泌尿道大出血疗效确切，方法简单，操作安全，值得推广。

Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of conprate pulean and cernihon on chronic prostatitis. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of chronic prostatitis were randomly divided into 2 groups, each 60 cases. In the treatment group, patients were given 3 tablets of conprated puleam, tid, po; in the control group, 1 tablet of cerniton, bid, po, both with a course of 30 days. The changes in patieats＇ symptoms, conditions of prostate and prostate flaid were observed. Results The total effective rates in the treatment and control groups were 86.67% and 88.33% respectively （P 〉 0.05）, nosignificant difference between 2 groups. The price of conprata pulean, however, was less expensive than that of cernilton. Conclusion As compared with cernilton, conprate pulean is a more ideal drug to cure chronic prostatitis at present.
