新型肾素阻滞药——阿利吉仑
摘要
新一代非肽类肾素阻滞药阿利吉仑,口服后迅速吸收,药效持续时间长,与内源性肾素竞争性地紧密结合,发挥降血压等作用,且不良反应少,治疗依从性相对较好。
