摘要
薪点制是一种较为科学的薪酬计量方法,在企业薪酬设计实践中已得到广泛应用。然而在理论上,薪点制却没有得到非常恰当的表示。文章采用多角度分析的基本思路,对薪点制进行两个层面,四个维度的分析,试图得出一种较为恰当的薪点制表示方法,使薪点制更好的发挥其科学上的张力,亦易于理论与操作上的把握。
The pay-point-system is a relatively scientific means of compensation measuring. It has been widely used in the compensation practice, but in theory there is not an appropriate description for it yet. With the basic thinking of multi-dimension analysis, this paper analyze the pay-point-system by two sides and four dimensionalities, and tries to figure the system in an appropriate way. This will bring the pay-point-system into better play and will be grasped more firmly both in theory and in practice.
