射频消融联合脂质体阿霉素治疗肿瘤研究进展

摘要 射频消融(RFA)由于其独特的优点,在肿瘤治疗方面目益引起重视,但较大肿瘤疗效较差且复发率较高。由于高温(41-45℃)和化疗药物之间有协同的抗肿瘤作用,所以RFA联合静脉注射脂质体阿霉素(L-DOX)治疗肿瘤可增加疗效。
