乳腺癌干细胞研究进展

摘要 肿瘤不仅是基因病,也可能是一种干细胞疾病。肿瘤干细胞的发现将对现有的肿瘤发病机制、诊断及治疗的认识产生重要影响,给传统治疗带来极大挑战。现综述目前乳腺癌干细胞的发现、分离、可能相关的信号分子机制、内分泌调控特征及临床应用前景。
