胰腺癌放射治疗 被引量:1

摘要 胰腺癌放射治疗包括三维适形、调强、辅助性放射治疗。对于可切除胰腺癌,术前合理应用新辅助放化疗及术后辅助性放化疗,效果优于单纯手术。立体定向三维适形及术中放射治疗也是胰腺癌治疗手段之一。
