摘要
为提高抗红外-毫米波双模发烟剂烟幕的衰减性能,以已研制出的发烟剂为基础,实验研究了不同插层物质的可膨胀石墨对所成烟幕3~5μm、8~14μm及3mm、8mm波衰减性能的影响,并从插层物质热分解及氧化能力和膨胀石墨结构等方面对结果进行了分析。结果表明:不同插层物质的可膨胀石墨对烟幕红外、毫米波衰减性能影响很大,其中,分别以CH3COOH、H2SO4、HNO3插层的可膨胀石墨制备的发烟剂衰减效果较好。
For improving the attenuation property of smoke formed by anti-IR-MMW(Anti-infrared-millimeter) compound smoke composition,on the basis of the prepared smoke composition,the effects of expansible graphite of differently inserted substances on the smoke attenuation property at 3~5 μm,8~14 μm,3 mm and 8 mm are studied experimentally.The effects of the thermal decomposition and oxidation ability of inserted substances and the configuration of expanded graphite on experimental results are analyzed.Results show that the expansible graphite of differently inserted substances has significant effect on the attenuation property of smoke to IR and MMW;the attenuation effect of smoke composition prepared by expansible graphite which chooses CH_3COOH,H_2SO_4 and HNO_3 as inserted substances respectively is preferable.
