摘要
通过对Er2O3-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2玻璃红外光谱和激光拉曼光谱的分析表明,该系统玻璃中存在[SiO4][、BO3][、BO4][、AlO4][、AlO6]等基团。同时对玻璃进行析晶热处理,热处理后析晶产物为ErBO3相,表明稀土玻璃中的Er3+主要偏聚在富硼相中,在受热过程中发生了分相,并以ErBO3相的形式析出,富硅相则保持玻璃态。将稀土玻璃结构与析晶产物联系起来研究,在一定程度上可以揭示稀土玻璃的结构形式,根据研究结果提出了Er2O3-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2玻璃的结构模型。
IR spectrum and Raman spectrum were used for analyzing the structure of Er2O2-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2 system glasses, and the results indicated that some groups such as [SiO4], [BO3], [BO4], [AlO4] and [AlO5] had existed. Having been processed by heat treatment, ErBO3 crystal separated out from the glasses, which showed that Er^3+ was mainly distributed in berate-rich environments, erbium berate was easy to crystallized when the glasses were heated, and silicon - rich structures still remained glassy state. The analysis connecting the structure of rare earth glass with the products of crystallization, disclosured the structhures of rare earth glasses. According to the results, the structure mold of Er2O2-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2 system glasses was also put forward.
