重视阿司匹林抵抗
摘要
阿司匹林是应用最为广泛的抗血小板聚集、预防血栓的药物之一,临床上用于心脑血管疾病的预防,但阿司匹林抵抗(AR)却使部分个体对阿司匹林反应不良,降低了其疗效。本文对阿司匹林抵抗的概念、分型、发生机制、发生率、检测方法、临床意义和应对措施作一综述。
