摘要
叙述了一种在机床热补偿过程中,利用多元统计分析中的聚类分析方法对温度变量进行初步筛选,然后利用逐步回归方法获得最优模型的方法.对一台车削加工中心温度测量的变量进行了选择,并且利用逐步回归方法得到了补偿模型.结果表明,这种建模方法,不但很好地避免了温度测点的相互影响,保证了模型精度,而且节省了工作量和成本.
A method based on the multivariable statistics analysis was described of the thermal error compensation process of CNC machine tools. The measurement points are selected based on the cluster analysis theory and the optimized regression model is given by stepwise regression. The compensation model is made for machine tools. The result shows that the methods not only avoid the correlation of the measurement points and thus ensure the accuracy of the model but also save the time and cost.
