摘要
目的:探讨高原军人主观应激、人格特征与应对方式之间的关系.方法:采用随机整群抽样法,选择驻西藏某部队官兵490名,应用简易应对方式问卷、生活事件量表和艾森克个性问卷进行调查.结果:人格的内外向维度和来自工作环境的主观应激对高原军人的积极应对方式影响较大,人格的神经质维度、来自适应和人际事件的主观应激对消极应对方式的影响较大;路径分析表明高原军人的主观应激可直接或间接作用于应对方式,但通过人格特征的中介再间接作用于应对方式的作用更强.结论:高原军人的主观应激和人格特征对其应对方式均有一定影响,其中人格特征对应对方式的间接影响更大.
AIM: To explore the relationship between perceived stress, personality traits and coping styles of military personnel stationed in high altitude areas. METHODS: By randomized group sampling method, 490 military personnel in high altitude area were assessed with Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire, Life Event Scale and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ). RESULTS: Positive coping styles were influenced by EPQ-E and perceived stress from work and environment, and negative coping styles were influenced by EPQ-N and perceived stress from interrelationship and adaptive events. The results from pathway analysis indicated that perceived stress could affect coping styles directly and indirectly, and its indirect affection through personality traits was more obvious, CONCLUSION: Coping style is affected by the differences of perceived stress and personality and the latter has greater indirect effect on the coping styles.
