Analysis of K-scale in adjusting values of Pt and Sc scales in MMPI-215

目的:探讨MMPI215测验中的Pt,Sc量表,加K校正的意义.方法:采用MMPI215,对全国11147名男性应征青年进行测试.结果:①精神障碍疑似组和正常组的Pt,Sc量表加相应的K校正与不作K校正的相关较高.②精神障碍疑似组的Pt,Sc量表加K校正前后的T分数无显著差异(P>0.05);正常组的2个临床量表Pt,Sc加K校正前后的T分数达到显著性差异(P<0.05).③精神障碍疑似组的Pt,Sc两个量表在加K前后的阳性例数和阴性例数并没有显著性差异(P>0.05).结论:对于MMPI215测验的Pt,Sc量表来说,特别是在对青少年做心理检测时,加K校正的意义并不大.

AIM： To study the significance of introduction of K correction in Pt and Sc scales of MMPI-215 test. METHODS： We tested 11147 candidates of eonscription age all over the country by MMPI-215. RESULTS： ① R values between suspected mental disorder and normal groups＇ Pt and Sc scales with and without K correction were higher, ② T scores of suspected mental disorder groups＇ Pt and Sc scales with and without K correction had no significant differences （ P 〉 0. 05 ） and T scores of normal group＇ Pt and Sc scales with and without K correction had significant differences （P 〈 0.05 ）. ③ Negative and positive candidates had no significant differences （ P 〉 0.05 ） with and without K correction in suspected mental disorder group. CONCLUSION： It is of little significance to introduce K correction into Pt and Sc scales of MMPI-215 test, especially when candidates are adolescents.
