摘要
在弱酸性介质中,十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)对甲磺酸培氟沙星有较强的增敏作用,据此建立了胶束增敏荧光光谱法测定痕量甲磺酸培氟沙星的分析方法。本法的线性范围为0.01~1.63mg·L^-1;检出限为6.0×10^-3μg·mL^-1,回收率为99.8%~101.7%,相对标准偏差为0.43%~1.34%。
The fluorescence characteristics of Pefloxacin Mesylate in micellar systems were studied in details. It was found that sodium dedecyl sulfate could greatly enhance the fluorescence signal of Pefloxaein Mesylate in pH 5.3 Britten robinson buffer solution. Based on this fact,a new fluorescence method using the micellar system for the analysis of Pefloxacin Mesylate has been developed. The linear range was 0.01 - 1. 63 mg·L^-1 with a detection limit of 6.0 ×10^-3 mg·L^-1. The RSD was 0.43%- 1. 34%, and the recovery within the range of 99.8%-101.7% was obtained.
