摘要
为研究热轧润滑对板带钢热轧后表面质量的影响,对不同润滑条件下板带钢热轧后表面氧化情况进行了观察研究。结果表明:通过热轧润滑可以明显改善表面质量。油水混合润滑条件下,钢板表面的氧化铁皮仅有5μm,比纯水润滑条件下氧化层厚度平均减薄3μm左右,比无润滑平均减薄7μm左右。同时,对轧后的表面形貌进行了观察,可以看到在油水混合润滑条件下钢板轧后表面有清晰的轧制纹络存在。
The surface oxidation of strips was investigated in order to study the influence of hot-rolling lubrication on the surface quality. The results showed that the surface quality was greatly improved by hot- rolling lubrication. The thickness of the oxidation layer under oil-water lubricating condition was just 5 μm, which was 3 μm thinner than that under water lubricating condition and 7 μm thinner than that without lubrication. Surface topographies were observed and rolling grains were vividly seen on the surface of strips.
