白血病患者多药耐药相关蛋白基因和多药耐药基因mdr1的表达及其临床意义

应用半定量逆转录－多聚酶链反应技术检测了２９例白血病患者骨髓细胞中多药耐药相关蛋白（ＭＲＰ）基因的表达，同时用间接免疫荧光法检测了每例患者的Ｐ糖蛋白（Ｐｇｐ）的表达。发现临床耐药组Ｐｇｐ过度表达占４５．５％，ＭＲＰ过度表达占６３．６％；临床不耐药组分别占５．５６％和１６．６７％。

Expressionofmultidrugresistance-associatedprotein(MRP)geneandP-glycoprotein(Pgp)wereinvestigatedin29leukemiapatientsbyusingsemi-quantitativereversetranscriptionpoly-merasechainreaction(RT-PCR)andindirectimmunofluorescencemethod,respectively.Intheclinicalresistantgroup(11cases),overexpressionofPgpandhigherlevelofMRPmRNAweredisplayedin45.45%and63.63%ofpatients,respectively;whileintheclinicalnon-resistantgroup(18cases),onlyin5.56%and16.67%,respectively.ThedatawereanalysedaccordingtoclinicalepidemiologicalprinciplesandacriterionforMDRbasedonthesetwoindiceswasproposed.
