摘要
本文在阐述终身体育的同时,论述了在高职高专体育教学中贯彻终身体育思想的意义和重要性,并对如何实施终身体育提出几点方法和措施。
In this paper, the author explains the concept of life- long physical education and the importance of merging this concept into PE teaching in vocational colleges. At the same time he also offers some methods and measures for the implementation of life- long physical education.
