发挥中资保险公司功能 为构建和谐社会服务

尽管我国保险业功能的发挥与现代保险企业在经济社会中的应有地位还不相称，存在保险产品单一、“理赔难”、服务水平低等缺陷，但保险的经济补偿、资金融通、社会管理功能在构建和谐社会中具有重要作用。中资保险公司应以其自身特有的风险分散机制优势，通过完善公司内部治理结构，加强行业诫信体系建设，以人为本。提升服务水平，建立有中国特色的保险企业文化，充分发挥保险功能，为构建社会主义和谐社会服务。

Even though the role that China＇s insurance industry has been playing is unfitting with its due position in the economy because of such deficiencies as limited product variety,＂ hard-to-get claim payment＂ and low service quality, the insurance sector＇s functions of economic compensation,financing and social management are of importance in the construction of a harmonious society. Chinese insurers should, on the strength of their risk spread mechanism, fully display its insurance function and serve the construction of a harmonious society by improving their internal corporate governance structures, enhancing buildup of a credibility system,improving the quality of people-centered service and establishing an insurance corporate culture with Chinese characteristics.
