致使是一个语义关系范畴,表达的是致使者通过致使力作用于被使者,导致被使者产生一定的致使结果。首先,提出沿意象图式、语义结构到语法结构的顺序建构致使范畴的研究思路;其次,探寻致使形成的认知根源—驱动图式和语义核心—致使力的传递,得出致使语义结构式;然后通过一套变量来控制语义结构向语法结构的映射,以期建构致使语法语义范畴。

Causatlve is in semantic relation category and it represents that the causer imposess a force on the cause , and therefore engenders certain result at the same time. The essay advances a thinking： researching causative sentences and constructing causative category from schemas and semantic structure to syntactic structure. Secondly, it seeks the cognitive and semantic foundation, and causative is based on driven schema and the semantic core of causative in transmission of force. Afterwards, it uses a suit of variable （subjective variable and objective variable） to control the mapping from semantic structure to syntactic structure , and nine groups of sub - categories and sentences types of causative are educed , in expectation of being beneficial to establish causative grammatical and semantic category.
