摘要
法律援助制度的实施是我国政治、经济、文化发展的必然结果,并将随着政治、经济、文化的进一步发展而发展。本文以此为基点,对确立法律援助制度的政治、经济、文化基础予以剖析。
The execution of the legal aid system is the natural result of the development of the present politics, economy and culture, and legal aid system will make further improvement followed them. Taking it as logical starting point, this paper formulates the foundation of politics, economy and culture separately.
