The Influence of Thickness of Luminescent Layer on Organic EL Properties

摘要 采用真空热蒸发镀技术制备了双层结构的有机电致发光器件:ITO/TPD/Alq3/Al,测试Alq3发光层厚度分别为30nm、70nm、120nm的有机电致发光器件的J-V、L-I特性曲线,研究其发光强度随发光层厚度的变化影响,并解释产生影响的主要原因。 In order to testing the OTFEL ceils" properties of J-V and L-I, three organic thin film electroluminescence cells with double -layer (ITO/TPD/Alq3/Al) structure were prepared in this experiment. Through this experiment, it is validated how the change of thickness of luminescent layer influent the brightness of OTFEL cells and explained the cause of this influence.
