随着通信技术的发展,车辆的实时监控已经成为十分重要的研究课题。介绍了一个基于GIS/MAS/无线通信的车辆实时监控系统的整体解决方案,并讨论了基于该方案实现的指挥中心软件体系、功能及其实现原理。

With the development of communication technology, traffic inspect and control in the real time become much more important. A solution of traffic inspect and control system, which is based on GIS/MAS/WC （wireless communication） in the real time, are introduced and discussed the software architecture, function and realizing principle of command center（chain of command） based on this solution.
