摘要 刑侦部门的绩效考核就是搜集、分析、评价和传递被考核对象在其工作岗位上的工作行为表现和工作结果方面的信息、情况的过程,是刑侦管理工作的核心内容之一。在刑侦管理工作中,考核这一杠杆在诸多方面发挥了积极的作用。但是,绩效考核中的一些问题也不断暴露出来。在绩效考核中不断发现问题、研究问题、解决问题,有利于把刑侦工作不断推向前进。 The performance of evaluation of the criminal investigation department is to collect,analyse,appraise and transmit the examined targets' working behavior on their work position and the information of the working result and course of the situation. And it is one of the key content of the criminal investigation managements. In the criminal investigation management, evaluation this lever played a positive role in numerous respects. However. some questions in the performance of evalution are being exposed constantly. Pinpointing,researching and settling the problems constantly in the performance of evaluation is helpful to be pushing forward the criminal investigation work constantly.
