现场勘查与现场心理分析

现场勘查是侦查人员运用刑事科学技术、手段对与犯罪有关的场所、物品、人身、尸体等所进行的观察、检验、记录和分析研究活动。现场心理分析是指对现场的痕迹用心理分析的方法加以整理,尽量复现每一现场痕迹产生时的心理状态,刻画出罪犯的心理面貌,从而为判断和识别犯罪分子提供重要的依据。现场心理分析的对象是心理痕迹,对心理痕迹的分析必须将现场勘查所获的各种信息和各种刑事检验报告、调查访问等侦查手段结合起来使用才能发挥作用。通过这两种方法的互相补充,能够更深刻地刻画犯罪的过程、犯罪嫌疑人的犯罪动机、目的,为查明犯罪嫌疑人提供更为有效的侦查途径。
