近20年来,在刑事诉讼程序中对被害人参与权的改革和发展,是国际刑事司法政策的一个突出方面。犯罪被害人得到了越来越多的关注,其权利保护已成为刑事诉讼理论和实践中的一个热点问题,而其在诉讼中的地位,也成为国际刑事诉讼法发达程度的标志之一。但是,我国对犯罪被害人的研究还刚刚处于起步阶段,对犯罪被害人的权利保障和补偿制度还不够完善,因而应对此进行深入研究和广泛探讨。

In the past 20 years, the reform and development of the injured party＇s right to participate in in criminal lawsuit procedure is an outstanding respect of the international criminal judicial policy. The injured party of crime has been got more and more concerns, the right protection already becomes a hot question in the criminal theory and practice, and the position in lawsuit becomes the fist symbol of developed in international criminal law. However, it is still just at the starting stage to the research of the injured party of crime in our country, the right to the injured party of crime is ensured and the system compensated are not perfect enough, therefore it is worthing further investigating and extensive discussion to compare with those.
