自组织化的管理创新与企业发展

摘要 管理创新既是创新的理念又是创新的实践。这种理念和实践的机理被自组织生动的刻划出来,揭示了中国企业管理创新内在动力——自组织。从系统自组织整体性上来说,管理创新是生产关系的调整和制度的创新;从层次性上来说,它是企业与国家关系、企业与企业关系的调整,也是企业与个人关系的调整;从系统结构和功能上来说,它调整了结构,引起了系统功能的放大以及结构和功能互动互应的整合。因此,管理创新与中国现代企业发展是系统自组织演化发展过程。 Management innovation is both an idea of innovation and a practice of it. The mechanization of the idea and practice is sketched out vividly by self-organization, and reveals the internal motive of enterprise management innovation-self-organization. From the point of integrity of system self- organization, management innovation is a rejustment of production relations, which is an innovation in management. From the point of hierarchy, management innovation is the rejustment between enterprises and the country, between enterprises and between enterprises and personals. From the point of system structure and functions, management innovation rejusts the structure, and causes the integration of the interaction and interplay of structure and functions as well as the amplification of system functions. Thus the conclusion is that management innovation and the development of modern Chinese enterprises are on evolution and developing process of system self-organization.
