摘要 目的观察α-黑素细胞刺激素(α-MSH)对同种异基因小鼠移植心脏存活时间的影响,以了解其在移植免疫中的作用。方法小鼠颈部心脏移植的Cuff模型,腹腔给予α-MSH,观察移植心脏的存活时间和病理改变。结果移植小鼠给予α-MSH后,移植心脏的存活时间比对照组显著延长,心脏病理显著改善,其中以50μg组效果最佳。结论α-MSH能抑制同种异基因小鼠的心脏移植排斥反应。 Aim To observe the effect of α-MSH on survival time in allo-cardiac transplantation mice in order to explore the function of α-MSH in transplantation rejection. Methods To establish a Cuff model of mouse heterotopic cervical heart transplantation,the recipients were administered with α-MSH by interaperitoneal and were detected the survival time and the histological changes. Results The transplanted hearts in α-MSH groups survived much longer than those of the control group, and the histological damages of transplanted hearts were significantly improved in α-MSH groups, especially α-MSH 50μg group. Conclusion α-MSH can inhibit the heart transplantation rejection on allo-cardiac transplanted mice.
