院内心脏猝死初级心肺复苏49例临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Primary Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation of 49 Cases with Cardiac Arrest in Hospital

目的总结院内心脏猝死的初级心肺苏经验。方法呼吸完全停止患者采用常规的ABCD程序复苏;存在叹息样呼吸时,采用CD,CABD,CDAB程序复苏,继之应用高级心脏生命支持处理。结果49例中,抢救成功17例,占34.7%,死亡32例,占65.3%。结论心肺复苏时分秒必争,迅速开放气道与人工通气,是抢救成功的关键;连续有效地胸外心脏按压,是抢救成功的基础;及时体外电除颤是提高复苏成功的有效措施。

Objective To summarize the experiences in primary cardiopulmonary resuscitation （CPR） of cardiac arrest in hospital. Methods The patients with wholly respiratory arrest were first aided with ABCD （air, breath, circulation and defibrillation） pro cedure for CPR, and those with sigh-like respiration were processed with CD （circulation and defibrillation） , CABD （circulation, air, breath and defibrillation） and CDAB （ circulation, defibrillation, air and breath） procedure. Furthermore, all the above patients were then given advanced cardiac llfe support. Results Out of the 49 patients who were given emergent first aid, 17 ones （34%） survived, and 32 （65.3%） died. Conclusion It is the key to successful aid to keep the airway unblocked and perform artificial ventilation during CPR. Conclusion and effective extra-thoracic cardiac compression takes a role of successful basis, and extra-thoracic defibrillation in time acts as an effectvie approach.
